I lived here for one year & have no complaints. The office staff, Christine & Denise are the kindest & caring property managers I have ever had! Maintenance is the most friendly & experienced. The rent is affordable, the property is kept maintained & clean. Great location next to grocery store & delis. I moved to have a yard for my dog, otherwise I would continue to stay here. Thank you for making my living experience here a pleasant one! I will miss all of you guys!-Tina & dog.🐕 ♥️

I have had a great time I been here. Moving from Chicago to Az The paperwork to rent was super fast and nicely handled. When ever had an issue everything is solved fast and nicely. Definitely will recommend this place to whoever needs to rent. It feels safe to be here with a family and calm. Like always some neighbors won’t be the best but the place makes it feel better. Office managers Christine & Denise are such a breath of fresh air every time I stop in to just say hello or talk to them. They are people who CARE & will do what they can to make it a comfortable place to live. Maintenance team are amazing! They may get backed up but be patient! They will get to you. It’s not easy running any apartment complex. You get more people complaints than appreciation. Show them respect, patience & appreciate them for what they do or trying to do! I left another complex & experienced the worst office management team & ONE maintenance guy that ran around like a chicken without a head on! The team here have been amazing since the day I moved in! The only thing I wish they would upgrade is to double pane windows. My unit faces Indian School Road. You can hear every car and motorcycle coming and going all day and night. Some of these loud motors are ridiculously LOUD! My dog and I would wake up startled out of our sleep! I do love the location of my unit in a private corner & that’s why I chose it. Keep up the good work team! Have a blessed day!

My husband and I lived here for 3 years without any problems. The front office staff were always so friendly and informative, and the maintenance staff always fixed things in our units much faster than we anticipated. The utility bills here are outrageous...I live alone and was told 145 month for water, that jumped to 175 and now 188 this month.I work 6 days a week and hardly at home. Everyone I have spoken to in the area that are home owners pay approximately$70 a month for an entire family... Unacceptable

Lived here for a year and it’s pretty nice here they said the utilities would be 120-140 but my utilities are 179 every month for a 1 bed 1 bath, but other than that the office people are always friendly and send out maintenance very quickly and they fix it as soon as you ask for it to be fixed . The apartments were extremely clean and well kept when I first moved in. Overall liked liked living here . It was my very first apartment and they gave me a chance even with no credit. Very happy and satisfied with my time here.

Been living here for almost a year and I can honestly say we have no complaints. Leasing staff has always been super courteous and responsive to our needs, maintenance responds to our requests in a timely fashion and the apartment unit looked exactly like the picture(s). Plenty of amenities to choose from but my favorite is the clubhouse/lounge area since I love to read in that area. Would definitely recommend Remington to anyone looking for a new place to stay!

In the last 7 years I have lived in 5 different complexes… Remington is by far the best! Denise in the office is super friendly and always helpful. Maintenance is quick. The common areas are clean and while sometimes busy it’s not crowded. Well lit on the common areas at night as well. Trash areas are clean. 5 ⭐️!

I truly can't say anything bad. The leasing staff is awesome and friendly. They were very upfront about costs. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. The maintenance staff is very professional and respectful and are super on repairs and quick about them. The biggest issues I see happen because tenants choose to not follow rules set for the benefit of the community. Things like smoking in their units or putting large items like mattresses in the dumpster or not picking up trash they drop. These are not under the control of management unless people want to have cameras everywhere. I love this place and would recommend to anyone who's looking to move!

The only negative thing I can say so far is there are ALOT of cat owners that let their cats roam freely especially at night. As a dog owner, it's a struggle when my dog is distracted and these cats are hissing & walking around! I just think it would be wise to remind cat owners to keep their cats inside to not annoy dogs and probably get eaten by coyotes!

Her and her team have resolved any concern we’ve had, and done it in the most timely and professional matter. Also, a huge thank you to the amazing Maintenace Team, especially Ángel! He has been beyond patient with the maintenance requests we’ve had and he has gone above and beyond to fix them all. Denise made our transfer to a bigger unit so effortless and stress free!! We truly made the best choice by renewing for another year! Dealing with terrible office staff at other apartments lately really make me appreciate how good we have it with Denise and her team. I was disappointed when my rent went up so much this year. I think management should consider and evaluate good tenants, folks that been living here this long and always paying rent on time, don't bother or cause any trouble. Should get a little discount by not raising the rent almost 300 dollars, In one year.

This was my first home away from home and they were super flexible from the beginning. it is such a quiet place to live, everyone keeps to themselves BUT I have been lucky to have met some awesome neighbors. The apartments are super spacious and it is easy to make your self at home. My daughter goes to school nearby and I love that everything is in close distance if I ever need anything. So many options from your local grocery store or others. They just opened an ice cream shop at a walking distance which makes it convenient for a outing on a cool evening with the kids :) It such a beautiful place to live

The staff and maintenance team are incredibly helpful, respectful and professional. Although it may be a little difficult to reach the office via phone, they’re still unbelievably polite and helpful once you actually reach them. As far as the maintenance team, they are also polite, skilled at their profession, fast on responding to work orders, and very informative to what maintenance has been performed. I’d like to personally thank Gerardo for being the prime example of excellence with their work performance and customer interaction. Overall, Remington Ranch is a fine set of apartments, just a bit expensive for what it has to offer. 4/5

I lived there for over a decade. I seen many management changes and the last was my favorite. The new management was very kind and even though sometimes they were short-staffed they would still do a great job. Most of my life there was very peaceful except noisy neighbors here and there but that didn't bother me until PREVIOUS staff thought it was me being noisy and almost evicted me and my hubby. Do to the way the buildings are constructed you sometimes can't tell where the noise is coming from exactly. This was a mistake of the previous owners and nosy neighbors. It turned out that one of the vacant apartments was being used and they were hiding it. So obviously no one believed us until they happened to see that for themselves. Some people experienced a little bit of theft so be careful leaving your stuff out with your car open. I personally never had anything stolen. I never really had a bug problem other than the occasional water bug which I don't mind them and twice I had ants but quickly resolved that by sealing any holes where they might enter into the apartment. The quality of the Construction of the apartments wasn't the best in my opinion but you get a lot of space for Less money. I did not like whatsoever the new installments of low-flow water faucets and shower head. My hair was all sticky and it took me forever to take a shower therefore wasting more water. I didn't like how a lot of people would leave their dogs poop on the grass. There was a woman who lived there at one point with a big dog who basically bit my husband on his pants and the woman did not apologize but he did not report it because he doesn't like drama. I miss sitting outside in the public area of Remington Ranch to look at the stars even in the day it was awesome to see the birds and humming birds. The workout room was awesome and one of my favorite things about Remington. No matter which owners have been there sometimes getting certain repairs would take a long time. They offer a variety of workout equipment so I would try a little bit of everything and ended up with a pretty rocking body for a while. They have a pretty a cool theater room for the kids as well as a party community room that you can rent out. I like the computer room as well. They have very beautiful landscape. They offer a basketball court, swimming pool, jacuzzi, volleyball court. Or the people who have children there's plenty of schools nearby at walking distance so you can save money on gas by walking to pick up your kids if you'd like. I felt safe walking my little dog around Remington Ranch as well as the neighborhoods close by. I like that there's stores nearby that walking distance including fast food places and a gas station. There are also some cool parks around there including goodyear community park and the one at Old Litchfield with lake and ducks. Old Litchfield offers festivals and other special events so don't miss out on those wonderful experiences if you live here. The Goodyear Community Park also offers many cool so read my review on the Goodyear Park for more information. When it comes to pets, the staff is very pet friendly and understanding. I very much Miss Remington Ranch Apartments and the NEW staff. 🌈

Extremely impressed with their leasing agent Madison! She has been prompt, professional, and answered every question I have had. She has made this such a pleasant experience despite feeling overwhelmed since I am moving from a new state. Moved in 3 months ago and I really love my apartment. The staff is very professional and are friendly. I’ve been in the office many times and always greeted with a smile. Of coarse with any transition or change, there are bound to be some hiccups along the way but I’ve experienced none. The location of the complex is perfect. Neighbors are quiet, not a high traffic area, close to grocery stores and very quiet at night, but the most important factor for me is that I feel safe! Oh and to add the pools are very nice and well maintained. I would highly recommend these apartments.

I came in last week with a friend to see an apartment. I will also be looking to move in the very near future. Alejandra assisted my friend during her visit. I typically do not write reviews but I definitely think that sometimes people go out of there way to make negative reviews and I just felt like today was a day that I should go out of my way to give a positive online review. Anyway with all of that being said..your agent went out of her way to make me not just my friend feel welcomed when we went in. She was very professional, answered every question, and was very hospitable. She acknowledge us as we walked in the door and made it was very personable, other places we visited we had to ask for assistance after waiting for several minutes. So I hope that your company takes the time to read this because Alejandra we really appreciate your time and the fact that you made us both feel at home. I will be moving here when my current lease is up.

Mark Taylor has some great complexes but personally I think this is the most affordable and the nicest property. I'm a single female living alone so I was very nervous at first being by myself but I feel so safe and comfortable here. I'm very happy living here and would recommend it to anyone!

I love living here! I have never had problems with any of our neighbors. All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. We always get our questions/maintenance requests taken care of very quickly. I am terrified of bugs/scorpions and was so scared to move to Arizona, but I have never seen a bug in our apartment and we have lived here 8 months. The pool and hot tub are nice and always clean. If I had the chance to do it over again, I would pick Remington Ranch again in a heart beat.

If something is bothering you, let them know and they will do what they can to make it better. They also throw seasonal parties at the clubhouse which includes food, beverages, and games to win cool prizes. The only thing that could be improved is a playground/jungle gym for kids to play on. This is an edit: I originally had problems, but being my second year here, things have really turned around which is why I wanted to change my review.

I just moved here in January and I've had an amazing experience with Remington. Erica and Stephanie went out of their way to help me find a place that fit my budget and time frame. In addition, they were willing to show me floor plans over and over, answer all of my questions, and go over every detail to make me feel comfortable with the move. The complexed I came from was really disorganized and not always transparent, so my experience here has been a huge relief. I love my new home and I look forward to being here a while.

Dana and Stephanie are awesome I lived here last year and I was treated fair and kind. The staff were excellent and caring the grounds kept up. Neighbors quiet community was quiet. My son loved playing in the clean pool and splash pad I had a great time renting free movies everything is convenient to the apartments who could ask for a better place to live.

I honestly do not understand why so many people are saying terrible things. I currently live here and my neighbors have been so nice and welcoming. The pools are always clean and everything is well kept. Seriously, don't listen to the people who are bashing this place because it is wonderful. Every single time we have ever had a problem (garbage disposal, clogged sink, etc.) they come out right away, same day.

I am absolutely shocked to see some of these negative reviews! I currently live at Remington Ranch and I LOVE it! The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I am currently living in one apartment and I am getting ready to sign a new lease and move into a bigger apartment here at RR. The office staff has been very helpful and accomodating as we have worked through the details of the move. The grounds here are absolutely beautiful and the pools and hot tubs are great! My neighbors here have been phenominal and I have not had a single issue nor have I heard of any other complaints from other residents. If you move to Remington Ranch, you will be pleased! I am not typically a renter and prefer or own my own home but since I am new to the area, I wanted to try renting for a while until I figured out where I wanted to buy. I have rented other places and have never had such an accomodating staff! There will always be people that are never happy no matter how nice things are or no matter how hard the staff tries so as long as you are not one of those people, you will really like living at Remington Ranch. Oh and as far as the dog feces not being picked up, I walk my dog several times per day and there has only been one time that I have seen feces that was not picked up. Shame on the dog owner that did not do the right thing. That should not be blamed on Remington Ranch!

I love living at Remington Ranch. The sense of community is wonderful. There is much greenery and family friendly neighbors. The safety features at Remington Ranch are held at great priority. It is very difficult to get in and out, if you are not a resident. The staff are welcoming, courteous, and they always have a helpful attitude. The grounds are beautiful; with a splash pad, two pools, volleyball and basketball court, my two boy's are never bored. When I moved in a year ago, I fell in love with the grounds, and the friendly staff. Signing my 2nd year lease was a no brainier. I would definitely recommend Remington Ranch to anyone looking for a safe, family friendly neighborhood with great staff.
